5 x Brazilian Champion, 2 x Triple-S Winner, 5x Vice World Champion and 3x Freestyle World Champion, Bruna Kajiya is a fierce, feminine Brazilian hailing from Ilhabela. The first female rider to land a backside 315, Bruna is one of the most recognisable faces in kiteboarding. She is currently ranked #2 on the GKA World Tour. 

"With me, it's usually a storm of thoughts up until the moment that buzzer goes off, then I go into such a deep focus that everything else disappears. I'm in the present moment, and that kind of presence is what I live for."

Bruna competed as a swimmer from an early age, earning the nickname “Little Fish”. Following a surfing accident, she sought out a new sport and discovered wakestyle kiteboarding while studying in Maui. Her new passion is surf and strapless freestyle riding - watch this space.
